Sweet Socials, User Agreement Last updated: May 15, 2026 This User Agreement is between you and STL Agency LLC, dba Sweet Socials, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). The short version This is the agreement between you and us. It covers what we do, what you do, what happens if something goes wrong, and how we handle disagreements. We run a platform that connects customers with independent providers. You're in charge but if something goes wrong we want to help. Our role We maintain sweetsocials.net (the platform) for customers, providers, and reps who use the platform at their own direction. Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy at sweetsocials.net/legal/privacy. Customers We will use reasonable efforts to honor the guarantees offered to you by providers, subject to the limitations below. You may have other rights as defined by your local jurisdiction. Providers You agree that your use of the platform is at your exclusive direction. You agree to honor the guarantees you offer customers. You further agree to reimburse us for any costs we incur honoring your guarantees. Reps The platform is subject to the control of the provider who invited you. We are not responsible for your interactions with the provider. What we promise (and don't) We make no warranties of any kind except those expressly defined in this Agreement. Our liability in connection with the platform to any user shall not exceed the cost of related services. Disputes All parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes. A dispute is valid only if sent to hello@sweetsocials.net within 14 (fourteen) days of the issue arising; the message must describe the issue and the remedy you're asking for. Valid disputes not resolved within 30 days shall be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration administered by JAMS under its then-current rules for expedited arbitration, at the sole expense of the party bringing the claim. A demand for arbitration must be filed within 90 days of the issue arising. The award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class, collective, and representative arbitration are waived. A prevailing party at arbitration is entitled to all incurred costs and fees, including reasonable attorney's fees. The rest All users warrant that their use of the platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party obligations. Users agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from a violation of the previous sentence. Users are entirely responsible for any taxes they incur using the platform. This Agreement is governed by Delaware law. We may update these terms at our discretion, provided we give you written notice (email is sufficient).
