Sweet Socials, Privacy Policy Last updated: May 15, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains what information STL Agency LLC (a Delaware limited liability company), doing business as Sweet Socials ("Sweet Socials," "we," "us," "our") collects while running sweetsocials.net (the "Platform"), what we do with it, and what choices you have. This policy applies to all users of sweetsocials.net. It works alongside our Terms of Service at sweetsocials.net/legal/terms. The short version We collect what we need to run the platform and not much more. We don't sell your personal information. Payments are handled by third-party processors at your discretion. You may have other rights as defined by your local jurisdiction. What we collect Information you give us: Account info: email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), social media details. Profile info: name, payment details, timezone, languages, communication preferences. For customers, information you submit on the intake form and operational settings you configure. Communications: messages you send through the platform and emails you send us. Information we collect automatically: Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and similar technical signals. We use this to keep the service running, debug, and detect abuse. Cookies and similar tech: strictly necessary cookies for login and session management. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Events: every meaningful action on the platform is logged with a timestamp. Information from third parties: Payment processors tell us whether a payment succeeded. Our email delivery provider (ZeptoMail) tells us whether emails we sent were delivered, opened, or bounced. We do not collect government IDs, Social Security numbers, biometric data, or precise location. How we use it We use your information to create and run your account, provide the service, process payments, and send transactional emails. We also use it to operate the site, detect and respond to fraud and abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the service. We don't use your information for advertising or for profiling you for advertising. We also don't use it for any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review. Who we share it with We don't sell your personal information. We share your information only: with service providers that help us run the platform and are contractually bound to protect it; with other users on the platform, as required to make the service work and subject to the same protections; to comply with a valid legal demand; if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, protect someone's safety, or enforce our Terms; if we are acquired or reorganized. Cookies and tracking We use strictly necessary cookies for login and session management. We may use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics that build a profile of you across the web. How we keep it secure Passwords are hashed, data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and database access is gated with row-level visibility rules. Access to operational systems is limited to people who need it, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever experience a breach that affects your information, we'll notify you and any required regulator without undue delay, as the law requires. How long we keep it We keep transaction and case records, communications, and case events for at least 7 years after a case closes, for tax, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. For closed accounts, we keep a minimum identity record (name, role, login email) so we can recognize repeat users, honor prior commitments, and respond to legal demands, and we delete the rest. When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the data. International users We're based in the United States and follow U.S. laws. If you use the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Minor users The service is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has signed up, email hello@sweetsocials.net and we'll delete the account. Changes to this policy If we change this Privacy Policy in a material way, we'll give you reasonable notice (email or an in-app banner) before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Contact Questions, requests, or concerns?
